At NetBridge LLC, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality digital services. However, due to the nature of our business, certain refund conditions apply.

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Since our services involve time, resources, and digital deliverables, all payments are generally non-refundable once a project has started or services have been rendered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Work has not yet started, and the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.
  • A double payment or billing error has occurred.
  • The service delivered is completely different from what was agreed upon in writing and cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

All refund requests must be made in writing via email at support@netbridgellc.com, and must include:

  • Full name
  • Payment details
  • Reason for the refund request

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind after service has begun
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missed approvals)
  • Subjective dissatisfaction when the service was delivered as described
  • SEO or marketing results not meeting expectations, as performance depends on multiple external factors

4. Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the client may be charged for the work completed up to that point. Remaining funds, if any, will be refunded at NetBridge LLC’s discretion.
